Job Description
JOB Summary
Responsible in providing IT related operational and business support of all critical systems related to Core Banking and complementary systems. S/he supports integration of all service management practices in the delivery of IT services to departments and branches. S/he also assists in monitoring core and interface system problems and resolves issues as they arise and finds way of reducing common problems. Certifications in basic ITIL foundation is advantageous.
Job Requirement
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 4(four) years in System Administration or related field;
