Job Summary

Primary role of the Senior HR Business Partner is to present all HR Business solutions to key decision makers within targeted accounts and grow sales revenue within those accounts.  The Senior Partner will build mutually beneficial business relationships, present compelling presentations and close business. This is a largely independent role for prescribing HR business solutions for clients with a high degree of business maturity. Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on HR Business Solutions. He /She is responsible for understanding the clients’ business, recommending solutions that are fulfilling to the clients’ needs and managing delivery within the agreed timelines for own clients as well as overseeing the Associate and HR Business Partner Projects.

 

In addition, Sr.HR Business partner will be responsible for Managing the Recruitment, Referral and Longlisting Project. The Sr.HR Business Partner will involve in Screening of CV/Resume, longlisting of candidates and Interview of Candidates. He/She will be directly communicating with the Client and Reporting the progress of the Recruitment Process. In addition, the position holder will be responsible for tracking the progress of Recruitment projects of HR Business Partner and HR Associate.

Responsibilities

Client Management

·        Being the point of contact for Clients in posting and building and maintaining a long-term relationship with clients of ethiojobs

·        Support existing clients on issues regarding posting, package and access to the website.

·        Ensuring Clients posting service have been posted on time and ensure the quality of the vacancy

·        Ensuring the sustainability of the existing client are satisfied by the service provided by ethiojobs.

·        Monitoring and Tracking the usage of the product and updating the database and Client on the package.

·        Interact and coordinate with ethiojobs service team and other IMS staff members and departments to get full information about the client.

·        Bolstering the existing clients on enhancing their usage of ethiojobs package.

·        Managing and solving problems occurring with clients.

Strategy

·        Developing and implementing strategies forwarded by Service Manager and Team Lead

·        Researching for new clients and following up the progress until they select package.

·        Creating plan for bringing in new customer and schedule appointment and meeting.

·        Creating relationship with clients based on trust and respect.

·        Assessing and profiling Existing client and tailoring the service according to their requirements.

·        With the collaboration of the service manager and team lead design sales plan

·        Analyze and track sales data of the assigned Client and provided a report to Team Lead and Service Manager

·        Researching for new market for ethiojobs service and strategizing with the Team Lead in penetrating the market.

·        Recording the Client information and keeping post the ethiojobs service  

Following Payment

·        Coordinating and facilitating the payment of the service with the Finance team.

·        Creating a smooth communication with ethiojobs service team, Finance and HR service delivery.

Team Collaboration

·        Assisting the Management Trainee and Account executive.

Job Requirements

·        Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, International Management, Engineering or Finance (no specific field required)

·        Min. 5 years’ experience in recruitment, or any HR related activity; ideally experience in longlisting and interviewing candidates and having experience in corporate recruitment

·        High interest in HR issues, online recruitment, new recruitment trends, and client satisfaction.

·        Experience Managing Staff

·        Very good communication skills in English and Amharic  

·        Fast thinker, delivering on time and thinks ahead to support client best

·        Proven track record of customer or client management preferably in the service industry

·        Proven skills in Problem Solving, Decision Making, Negotiation skills with Accountability.

·        A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, high levels of commitment, energy, motivation, flexibility and personal integrity.

·        Computer literate with strong Microsoft application skills and great report writing skills.
