Now Moti is looking for competent Product Managers, to fill (hire) immediately on its three sections.

Summary Statement of Responsibilities:

Product manager is responsible to develop & implement methods to integrate people, data, processes and business systems.

The objective of Product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins of the Company. It focuses on product & services marketing and delivery which is the main function of the division. Works to drive best quality of service / products that are differentiated to create benefits and value for the customer.

Responsible to develop and execution of product life cycle that helps to manage the delivery of the product, in achievement of company strategy. As well, responsible to lead the team to deliver an end product. 

Main duties & Responsibilities;

• Propose the operating plan: achievement of objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for the categories of business and key customers he assigned.
• Perform site visit and prepare site survey report
• design and prepare a technical proposal, technical compliancy  for bid submission or rfp requirement
• prepare rfP requirement
• perform presentation to client for a solution/ product
• Communicate with vendors/distributors for bid proposal/ rfp requirement
• Select vendors and products according to client technical requirement 
• Attend conferences or training sessions, or study technical journals to keep up with changes in technology.
• take technical/sales certifications
• Expected to implement new ideas effectively within the company culture. Able to influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.
• Establishing appropriate reporting procedure to ensure every team member is on the same page.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer oriented service, Strong problem solving and analytical skills , Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are fundamental of this position.
• Bachelor's degree from diverse academic backgrounds and more of business courses which enhances candidate business knowledge & practices.
• Certification:
  •  Candidates of “Network, Security and unified communication and collaboration” Section’s                  product Manager Need to have CCNP certification;
  • The applicants of “Computing and storage” and “Data center Facility” section’s product manager -position candidates, need to have related certifications is appreciable and advantageous.  
• 2 to 4 years of work experience, out of which 2 years   must be on similar job position of reputable business company.
• Self-initiation, able to handle multiple works at once and works under pressure, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and who able to work closely with team members
• Experiences and knowledge on Bid process Management; particularly on deals with Financial Sectors and on Public Sectors is advantageous.
• The position requires analytical person with a sense of urgency and follow up and proficient in Microsoft Office including: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Calendar Management
• The flexibility to work outside normal office hours as may be required from time-to-time
