FHIDO would like to invite eligible and competent consulting firm to contextualize/ translate 192 page Aflatot workbook from English to Amahric language.

A complete set of the bidding document (TOR) could be collected by eligible bidders from FHIDO main office on the address shown below within the period of October 23 to October 30, 2019.

Qualification

• All team members including the team leader should have Master’s degrees in English Language, Ethiopian language and Literature, Psychology. (CVs required)
• Each member should have extensive experience in contextualization and translation of workbooks and training manuals. (10 years for team leader, 5 years for other members) and must have completed at least two high quality contextualized manuals or workbooks. (Provision of two sample work undertaken by the firm is required)
• Strong familiarity with the international literature and issues related to Early Childhood Development, Education and Ethical education.
• The firm should provide its price using the format attached in the TOR.
• The Firm should provide TIN, VAT/TOT, and business registrations certificates that have all been renewed and valid license in translation, communication and other relevant filed for the current fiscal year and other authorized documents in technical proposal.
