Transsion Manufacturing PLC, under the umbrella of Transsion Holdings-China, is well renowned in assembling the iconic Tecno Mobile, phone accessories and Syinix home appliances in Ethiopia.
Currently, the company has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare. The company has set up offices in many countries and regions, such as Dubai, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon and Bengal, and others.

Job Description
News Editor professional is mainly responsible for Promoting the company activities and products on different print media. In particular, News Editor has the following responsibilities:
• Preparing the company newsletter content and graphics work
• Collecting all the information about main activities within business units and departments.
• Gathering photos from different occasions.
• Interviewing the company employees and also the management team whenever it is important.
• Collecting feedback from customers.
• Writing and editing articles both in English and Amharic language.
• Follow up the printing and the distribution of the newsletter and other printing media.

Job Requirement
· BA Degree in Journalism, Foreign Language and Literature and other related fields.
· At least 1-year experience in the same or highly related area,
· Excellent communication skill in English languages,
· Excellent knowledge and experience in Adobe Photoshop
· Computer skills especially the ability to use software related to editing and printing is important.
· Strong ability to work on a team basis.
