Duty Manager - Operations & Marketing -
JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports to: Tilla General Manager
Department: Operations

Job Summary:
The Duty Manager - Operations & Marketing, is responsible for all day to day operations of the entire CLUB but focusing on Marketing and F&B. Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction by implementing new marketing strategies and maintaining standards to achieve targets while adhering to budgets. This position will require availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities – OPERATIONS :
? Be on time for your shift.
? Directly Manage the Marketing and F&B operations, as well as all other programs and activities available in the club.
? Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests, residents and clients.
? Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
? Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
? Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
? Regularly schedule training and staff meetings for all the departments under your direct responsibility.
? Maintain and preserve the Club’s vision and mission.
? Be adept at problem-solving and be able to be creative when dealing with problems.
? Strive to achieve the highest standards through continuing education for self and team.
? Mentor staff for professional growth.
? Mediate disputes between staff.
? Ensure safety and security for all guests and employees.
? Exemplify emotional/ intellectual maturity and discretion.
? Familiar with various certification and hiring guidelines.
? Serve as liaison between the GM, staff, and clients.
? Ensure proper maintenance of the facility and equipment, at all times.
? Conduct employee evaluations together with the HR Manager quarterly.
? Interviews hire, train, schedules, appraises, supervises and retains all directly assigned staff.
? Ability to develop, implement and manage a budget.
? Capable of interpreting financial statements and creating reports.
? Ability to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly Targets and budgets given by the GM.
? Knowledgeable on other Club services including exercise, physical fitness, spa cuisine, nutrition, salon services, and lifestyle skills.

Duties & Responsibilities – F&B :

? Generally responsible for all of the food & beverage business operations.
? Interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing the department employees together with the operation supervisor and HR manager.
? Overseeing F&B inventory including supplies and other cafe equipment.
? Responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations.
? Make sure all segments of the F&B departments are constantly reviewed and innovations are implemented monthly and quarterly.
? Maintain COG and review vendors and offerings in order to keep consistent standards and budgets.


Duties and Responsibilities – MARKETING :
? Based on Targets, plan and implement Tilla marketing objectives ( In-house material, Social Media, Events ).
? Implement all marketing strategies while adhering to budgets.
? Follow up on the implementation of marketing strategies daily.
? Post daily, weekly, monthly on all social media platforms based on the Club marketing strategies and objectives.
? Make sure the branding and message are consistent between in-house marketing material and social media.
? Together with the Management team, develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing program and its activities such as Social Media and Newsletter contents, events, seminars, holidays specials etc.
? Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
? Leads the creation and delivery of advertisements, and other marketing materials.
? Print all publications and follow up on implementation.
? Ensure brand messages are consistent.
? Prepare marketing reports to be discussed with them with the GM and marketing team weekly on the Monday meeting.
? Lead projects as assigned, such as special events and seminars and create follow up reports that gives an accurate analysis of the outcome.
? Keep track of all stock movements and develop a plan to increase retail sales and perception of the brand to the community.
? Maintain a record of sales daily, weekly, monthly based on the marketing actions taken.
? Create and implement a plan of action that helps increasing sales based on stock availability.
? Act as internal consultant to maximize revenue and profits in any all areas of the business through direct and indirect marketing activities.
? Coordinate the appearance of all Tilla print and electronic materials such as Letterhead, use of Logo, social media etc.
? Supervise overall operations of Tilla Health Club Daily.
? Lead and supervise all marketing strategies and activities of Tilla Airport Spa together with the Tilla Airport Spa manager.
? Participate in all management meetings and actively support the overall operations of both Tilla Airport Spa and Tilla Health Club.

The following are to be reported every Monday to the Gm’s office :
a. Marketing activities, strategies, and objectives ( Marketing Report).
b. F&B revenue vs expenses report.
c. Any issues related to F&B ( back office, operations, and sales ) with the POA to solve it.
d. Goods consumption report ( F&B )
e. F&B purchase report and new Ideas implementation.
f. Plan of action for the following week on F&B and marketing .
g. Any other operational issues together with a plan of action on solving them.
