BA Degree in Mass Media and Communications or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conceive, shoot, and edit high-quality, original photography and short-form video content (for Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Stories, etc.) that aligns with ENA brand identity. - Create daily Instagram/Facebook/Snapchat Stories featuring behind-the-scenes content, polls, Q&As, and interactive elements - Manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, basic motion graphics, sound design, and copywriting for captions.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Strategic Marketing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities  - Design and implement integrated communication and PR strategies aligned with BGI Ethiopia’s corporate vision and priorities. - Engaging cross-functionally to understand strategic priorities and tailor internal messaging accordingly. - Develop and produce high-quality content for press releases, media kits, speeches, internal publications, executive messaging, and digital platforms.
