Job Description
- Responsible for performing planned maintenance works (OEM interventions) are on time and they are done without affecting production schedules, and also responsible for making sure there is enough stoke of spare parts, and other consumable materials
- Based on the guideline received from Engineering manager and working with supply planning, he/she will control, lead and coordinate the Engineering planned activities
- Prepares services budget and program and when it is approved, he will prepare a program and implement it
- Checks whether the company`s production materials, electric and electronic materials and other mechanical machineries are properly documented
- Confirms whether spare parts needed for planned maintenance are provided and makes sure there is enough stoke
- Checks the maintenance work is effective and performed according to the schedule, resolves performance problems with the concerned heads
- Checks the work of the departments is in line with local
- performance guideline, designs the necessary working ways for the system, implements
- Checks and confirms the work of the departments is in line with quality work guideline, coordinates employees under him
- Checks quality work guideline and local work performance guideline are in line with the regular work
- Prepares and submits a report to his line manager concerning the works done and the problems encountered
- Designs a way for employees to get training in their field
- Controls the work of employees under him, assesses their performance
Job Requirements
- BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent computer skills and use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Relevant 4 years’ experience in similar work field at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is preferable
- Fluency in Amharic and excellent command of written & spoken English
- SAP and Total Product Management standards knowledge
