The Consortium of Self help group Approach Promoters (CoSAP) is a network of organizations that are engaged in the promotion of the Self Help Group (SHG) program in various parts of the country. CoSAP is currently operating in Ethiopia with registration number 1590. The organization seeks for qualified applicants for the following positions;

Terms of employment:

• One year with the possibility of extension based on performance 

Qualification and experience

• MA/BA Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field  
• Four (4) years for MA and six (6) years for BA holders closely related work experience
• Proven experience in coordinating donor funded projects (such as EU, CSSP, ESAP)
• Fluency in writing and speaking Amharic, English and other languages (eg. Afan Oromo)
• Ability to write high quality reports to the government, donors and other stakeholders
• Willingness to extensively travel to Self Help Group (SHG) project locations in the country.
