On behalf of Wilcom Trading PLC, we are looking for Construction Materials Reginal Sales Manager on a contractual base.
Major Responsibilities:
• Meets/exceeds the sales volumes and growth plans set for the Active Distributor (AD).
• Manages a team of sales officers to optimize the performance in their assigned territory.
• Works closely with the Active Distributor in key areas of operation: stock & order management, demand forecasting, credit management, operational ROI, sales team KPIs.
• Develops productive relationships with key retailers and wholesalers in the area to support the AD’s business.
• Develop the capability of each sales officers through regular on-the-job coaching and minimize regrettable attrition.
• Monitors competitor activity in the territory and report back any key findings to the senior Manager as soon as possible.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement
• Minimum 5 years and above experience in developing distributors in the FMCG/construction materials environment with a minimum of 3 years senior-level position.
• BA degree in Sales and Marketing, economics or any other related fields.
• Deep knowledge of the Ethiopian market and geography as they will be responsible for setting up all markets
