OBLIGATION OF THE VERIFICATION SPECIALIST

• DLI verification specialists should compete for the requested vacant position as pre the agency recruitment criteria and different mode of examination and should work as a team after recruitment have relevant educational qualification and experience involving tracking of program/project performance and verification of DLIs as shown in the following table;
• The DLI verification specialist (hereinafter the “CSA Temporary Employee”) is hereby recruited having its own duties and responsibilities shall be accountable to the DG and DDG and expected to submit monthly performance report to them;
• Unless otherwise the DLI verification specialist ordered by the CSA DG or DDG: No statement, information, progress achievement finding, clarification, answer, report, abstract, documents and any other about any DLI verification assignments should not be given any other body, entity or part. Any violence against this obligation will leads to strict disciplinary measures and termination of the contract based on the Federal Civil Servant law 1064/2010  temporary employee recruitment and penalty  procedures stated in article 10;
• The DLI verification specialist should have direct work experience at the grass root service delivery site and any intermediary or central level of different ministries to prove how the service is provided to the public and how those events were recorded, compiled and reported to the next level;
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted;

Job Requirement

• Qualification :Ms/ma Degree in Statistics, Economics, Agro Economics, Development studies,  Sociology, monitoring & evaluation,  mba, public administration and related fields
• Required Experience: 8 years

Participation and Records: letter of recommendation and testimony of participation,performance and clarity of records

Monthly Salary: 17,000 (Seventeen Thousand Birr)
