Position: Manager, Planning & Performance Management Division
Job Description
• Under the general direction of Director – Business Development & Planning plans, coordinates, directs and controls the activties of Planning and Performance Management Division. Coordinates the preparation of the annual and strategic plan of the bank, collects and analyzes information of factors and contexts that critically influence the attainment of the bank’s plan and budget, measures the magnitude of the deviation of the actual performance from the plan and budget, and present periodic reports to the management.
