Job Description
The occupier of the position is responsible for managing and overseeing all FGAE Quality Improvement activities assuring that the initiatives are focused and aligned on improving, quality integrated SRH service. Assessing, Identifying, monitoring and evaluating, quality improvement opportunities related to the provision of health care services at all facilities in all service outlets.Technically support & Coordinate and ensure integration of quality improvement activities/tools in other progress monitoring schemes of FGAE and periodically analyze the findings, draw recommendations towards achieving & maintaining standard quality service delivery;
Job Requirements
Education; MD+MPH or MD or MPH or MSc Nursing
Work Experience: 5 years of which /3 /years experience after Masters degree or 4 Years for MD the position holder shall posses progressive experience in managing and coordinating the implementation of SRH program and ensuring the quality of service provision. Not less than 2 of these years must be in the service delivery Arena.
