Job Requirement
• BA Degree in Accounting
• 4 years’ experience in internal auditing in banking or micro-finance, of which, at least 1 year in managerial position.
Technical Skill:
• Strong organizational skills & ability to coach staff in prioritizing work load whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
• Fluency in English language and written communication
• Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively with others at all levels.
• Basic computer skills
