INVITATION TO BID For the supply of PV Solar

Wanted: Power Supply System

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered Foreign Charity in Ethiopia (Reg. Certificate No. 0040), operating thematically in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and Local Governments, Skill Development & Education, and Emergency Response, and working geographically in Tigray, Amhara, SNNPR and Oromia regions.. HELVETAS in collaboration with the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and the Regional Government of Tigray is implementing a project entitled “Integrated Services in WASH, in Hitsats and Shimelba Refugee Camps and Neighboring Communities (WEALTHS)” in Hitasts and Shimelba Eritrean refugee camps and neighboring host communities located in North West zone Tigray National Regional State. This bid is floated to invite all interested and eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of PV Solar Power Supply Systems to be used in the implementation of the project referred to hereunder.

1. PV Solar Power Supply System for a High school at Hitsats; Unit: set; Quantity: 1

2. PV Solar Power Supply System for a High school at Shimelba; Unit: set; Quantity: 1

3. PV Solar Power Supply system for a Health center at Hitsats; Unit: set; Quantity: 1

4. PV Solar Power Supply system for a Health center at Shimelba; Unit: set; Quantity: 1

HELVETAS invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit their bids as follows:

1. Bid document entitled “Bid Document for the Supply and Delivery of PV Solar Power Supply Systems” can be obtained from HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation office by paying nonrefundable Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr).

2. All offers must be submitted on or before 22nd November 2019 10:30 AM in a wax-sealed envelope and addressed to:

3. Bids will be opened on 22nd November 2019 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
