Job Summary

To manage the commercial relationship with Distributors and ensure they are monitored and comply to set operational standards and practices

 Job Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management 

Distributor Management

• Manage the commercial relationship with all Distributors
• Appoint Distributors in “white spaces” within responsible region
• Ensure all Distributors adhere to operating guidelines and terms of their contract
• Ensure Distributors are covering full territory and adhering to developed call schedules
• Distributor Profit and Loss Managed 

Stock Management

• Ensure Distributors carry minimum stock levels
• Ensure Distributors report back weekly on stock levels by SKU and sell out

Reporting

• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly required reports are submitted accurately and timeously
• Monthly reporting of Distributor commercial and standards compliance, including official audits

Marketplace Competitiveness

• Customer service ethos developed and implemented
• Customer relationships and in particular Distributors developed and leveraged
• Distributors’ service performance managed
• Corporate reputation managed

Qualifications
