Job Description

Under general direction, Provide program leadership and functional expertise in the administration of the company’s Classification, Compensation & Employment program; plans, designs and implements classification, compensation, work force planning, performance management and HR organization programs, activities, policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

Qualification: BA Degree in Management/Business Administration/Public Administration/Human resource management

Experience: 10 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HRM principles and practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of Administration of performance management and HR organization programs
  • Ability to establish effective Classification, Compensation & Employment program
  • Ability to analyse facts and exercise sound judgement
  • Ability to enforce HR policies and regulations
  • Oral and written communication skill
  • Supervisory skill
  • Basic computer skill
