Job Summary:
- The job holder supports AIB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses managing the entire recruitment cycle; college / internship programs; managing the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. S/he will implement a strategic sourcing plan for attracting high performing professionals.
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field plus a minimum of 4 years in Human Resources.
- Skills Requirement :Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
