Job Description
Plan , organize, implement & supervise all the institution’s Agri-loan Lending activities and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures, supervise overall portfolio growth and portfolio quality, work & ensure on Marketing of Agri-lending, Report and communicates the outcomes, coordinates and supervise branch staffs and ensures efficient delivery of service to clients served by the Institution, Accountable for the management of Value Chain Development intervention at small-holder farmers, cooperatives and all actors across the chain.
Serve as resource person for the management in providing relevant and current information that would enhance successful implementation of the program
Job Requirement
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION:MA/MBA degree in Agricultural Economics/ Cooperative Management /Economics /Accounting/Business Administration/Management/Banking/Marketing /Rural development or related social sciences and business fields;
WORK EXPERIENCES:A minimum of 4 years relevant OR related experience. Working at middle level management category is an advantage. Experience related with Value Chain Development in agriculture – loan lending activity is also desirable & a plus.
SKILLS & COMPETENCY:
- Planning , Organizing & implementing of tasks
- Report Writing & Presentation skills
- Communication and Marketing skills
- Computer skill ( Excellent in word , Excel, and others like simple software management
Place of Work: Addis Ababa with frequent travels to Branches.
