Job Description
The Risk management and compliance service head works with the organization to advice management of any potential risks that may affect the reputation, financial sustainability and existence of the institution. He is expected to provide a better assessment of the risk management policies in order to come up with policies and recommendations to avoid threats, reduce or transfer risks and/or mitigate the effects of those which are essentially unavoidable. The responsibility includes managing the risks associated to the organization, employees, customers, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders. As such he will be working in a variety of sections and specialize in a number of areas including business continuity, operational risk, Liquidity risk, and market and credit risk, regulatory and legal risk, Technology risk etc.
Job Requirement
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION: B.A. Degree in Accounting or in related field of study
WORK EXPERIENCES:6 year’s Relevant Experience in Finance industry with a minimum of 2 years in supervisory Position
SKILLS & COMPETENCY:
- Integrity in performing his/her duties
- Planning & Organizing implementing tasks
- Report writing & Presentation skills
- Communication and Marketing skills
- Computer Application ( Excellent in word , Excel, PowerPoint and others)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa with frequent travels to Branches.
