• Arrange and give HSE awareness
•  Check and supervise HSE practices are put in place on working areas.
• Follow if  departments are obeying HSE standard  
• Record training, update them timely 
•  Conduct daily observation on HSE vulnerable areas. Provide feedback and corrective actions for areas which lacks HSE.  
• Make regular visit of working place to correct problems on the spot
• Put warning signs, posters
• Assure PPE are distributed properly
• Record training, update them timely 
• Control if employees are using PPE properly.
• Discussing with HSE coordinator & take discipline measures on employees who do not respect HSE procedures.
•  Follow on work accidents occurred and investigate the reason ,
• Ensure weekly HSE talks are shared with all work level and assist the team to live the talk
• Inspect and control availability of PPE
• Any other job as assigned  

 Knowledge Skills and Experience

• First degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Environment and safety related field.
• zero year experience
• Able to understand company HSE protocol
• Know Computer and able to speak local language is a plus
