Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE) is an Ethiopian Residents Charity engaged in the provision of integrated sexual and reproductive health across the Country for over half a century since 1966. It is also an accredited member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). The Association runs various projects with funding from diverse sources. Currently, the Association is providing its services through eight area offices running its own health facilities and franchising with private service providers.

The aim of the consultancy is to support and make FGAE  smoothly switch from GAAP to IPSAS including gap analysis, revision of policy frameworks, provision of training to staff and production of IPSAS compliant financial reports. Thus, the Association would  like to invite competent and qualified consulting  firms so as to submit their best offer to provide consultancy services in an effort to comply with the statutory requirement of IPSAS adoption.  Potential consulting firms  can collect the detailed terms of reference (TOR) from Finance Department of the  Association.
