Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Information technology or computer science
- 2 year and above on a similar position
- Able to handle Soft and hardware problems
- Communication ability in speaking, reading and writing English and Amharic
- Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule
- Pro-activeness and analytical ability
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent customer service skill
- Knowledge of Hotel software
