Bachelor's Degree in Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Establishing and supporting Self-Help Group (SHG) Federation in Analemo Woreda. - Establishing and supporting self-help groups (SHGs) and Cluster Level Associations(CLAs) and Federation in Analemo woreda.   - Responsible for organizing or providing training for the Federation, CLAs and SHGs on Modern Slavery and Human trafficking,  savings, loans, small business skills, child protection, effective parenting and dangers of life on the street and domestic work.   - Working with community leaders to promote positive social norms 

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities:  - Assist with daily tasks that may include accessing and using computer systems, handling documents, note-taking, and scheduling meetings.  - Provide physical assistance for mobility and navigation around the workplace, if required.  - Support in attending meetings by taking notes, providing interpretation (if applicable), or ensuring information is accessible. 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Program Development, Development Studies, Disaster Risk Management, Management, Business Management, Social Work, Social Anthropology, Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Plans, organizes, directs and controls the program Management and Resource Mobilization activities of the regional branch - Ensures that the program and project activities of the regional branch are executed in accordance with pertinent policy and procedure requirements of the National Secretariat and the Regional Branch as well as commitments made with funding agents - Monitor and support for establishment and deployment of Strong and functional emergency BDRT & rescue teams

MA or BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide/facilitate GBV trainings for all relevant community actors, including; psychosocial First Aid Volunteers, Community Health Volunteers, women groups, other informal and formal community structures, and any other identified groups on GBV topics, including but not limited to: GBV basic concepts &referral pathways, guiding principles, sexual exploitation and abuse. - In collaboration with the protection officer, facilitate other GBV response capacity building Trainings for referral pathway actors, including: GBV referral protocols/principles, Guiding principles for working with GBV survivors Clinical Care of Sexual Assault Survivors.
