Job Description

  • Prepares weekly & monthly work accomplishment reports and makes proper follow up.
  • Prepares take-off sheet weekly & payment certificate monthly.
  • Makes a close follow-up of the operation and prepares cost analysis or as necessary together with the Project Manager and or Construction Engineer.
  • Maintain and keeps diary of the project.
  • Compiles and keeps records of hourly and daily output of machineries and manpower.
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget of the project.
  • Compiles material, machineries and manpower requirements of the project and follows up the delivery of the requirements.
  • By communicating with the construction section, controls stock level of materials at site.
  • Prepares change orders on operations according to degree and quantity of the contract specifications when such changes are necessary.
  • Communicates with contract supervisors, consultants and clients as necessary as per the requirements and agreement on the condition of the contract.
  • Ensures that all documents, correspondences, contract, etc are kept properly.
  • Prepared details and documented materials necessary with full evidence supported by the standard specifications for claims to be made against weather conditions for contract period extension or other natural or artificial impositions for compensation, and other reasons including Price escalation.
  • Makes periodic visits to site.
  • Supervises employees under him and evaluates their performance periodically.
  • Prepare monthly budget for his section.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Civil Engineering or any related fields.
  • 6 years and above work experience on the same position and on the road construction experience is needed
