PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Business Analysis Specialist conduct market analysis; analyze both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, he/she develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

1.   Policy, Processes, Methodology, and Systems

  • Assist in developing data capturing and business analysis operational procedures.
  • Assist in identifying better data analysis methods and tools so that users can have a better insight for decision making.
  • Assist in developing Business Analysis Unit’s annual plans.

2.   Running Business

  • Capture and analyze sales and other related data.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual commercial reports.
  • Assist in ensuring consistent, accurate and complete data collection process and information reporting practices/rules.
  • Maintain relationships between Business Analysis Team, Sales & Distribution Teams, Marketing, and Trade Marketing in terms of effective and efficient Commercial data collection, flows and reporting to ensure effective execution of the Commercial Strategy.
  • Providing data to internal users.
  • Extraction of data and reporting using information technology systems.
  • Support in analyzing sales trends and conducting sales forecast/budget.

 3.   People Management

  •  Supervise Business Support Officers in doing their day today business operations and preparation of reports.

 4.   Budget, KPI’s, and Controlling

  • Participate in the Unit’s Budget preparation and KPI setting.

 5.   Quality, Health, and Safety

  •  Compliance to the site SHE standards and requirements in order to ensure safe operation in the workplace.
  • Report unsafe conditions and accidents to the SHE representation.
  • Follow safe work procedures, including use of correct PPE.

 6.   Project Management

  •  Monitor and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assist in new project identification and implementation.

 7.   Other

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

1. Education

  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics/Management and related fields.

2. Experience

  • 4 years related work experience

Behavioral Criteria

  • Very good in using Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Proven skill and experience in using excel.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skill.
  • Ability to give attention to details.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Pro-active and dynamic personality.
  • Responsible to take ownership of own tasks.
  • Able to work independently.
