Job Description

  • Checks and controls documents related to administrative functions.
  • Manages and facilitates offices and project environments/components.
  • Handles labor cases and manages project human resources.
  • Plans and supervises administrative works.
  • Requests and follows up the necessary office materials after the approval of the HQ.
  • Manages over all actives of the employees of project.
  • Supervises and takes action to ensure the availability of utilities: water supply, electricity, telephone, cafeteria, toilet, rooms and others.
  • Periodically prepares and forwards reports to the HR and Admin Department.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: BA/Diploma in Management, Human Resource Management or related business fields
  • Work Experience: 4/5 Years
  • Age: 40-50

Special Experience:

  • Computer Skill
  • Strong written and verbal communication and logical skills
  • Good understanding of Labor related laws
  • Work in a team

Location:Ayat Phase II and III Projects
