Responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of Boilers, Generators, Diesel engine fire pump, Engine-driven equipment’s; and for mechanical maintenances of other systems that includes: Water treatment, LPG gas supply, hot water & steam supplies, fuel supply, irrigation, sewage, drainage, door lock & other mechanical systems, with the primary responsibility being  a Mechanic. The incumbent is responsible for the planned preventive maintenance & for the breakdown maintenances of all of the above mentioned systems being fully compliant with the safety standard; and with the repair & maintenance quality standard requirements. Also responsible to perform shift inspections to check and ensure the smooth operation of critical systems including & but not limited to: the hot water & steam production, storage & distribution systems; all water treatment plants as well as the fire suppression system.

EDUCATION: Diploma in General Mechanics from a recognized Technical College or School.

EXPERIENCE:  A minimum of three years solid work experience in related discipline.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Read, write, comprehend and well-spoken in English language is required. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent knowledge of the products and  services provided by the hotel, excellent guest contact & communication skills; good maintenance skills in Maintenance of Machineries & Equipment's; working knowledge of electrical systems so that to handle minor assignments is required.
