Job Description
PROJECT-E is a German Non-Profit registered as a foreign charity in Ethiopia since April 2013, whose objective is to empower young women from destitute social backgrounds by offering high quality and practice oriented vocational education. In order to achieve this mission and train students at our Hospitality Institute, PROJECT-E is in need of an English Instructor.
Job Requirements
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor of Education degree in English or related filled,
- Certification in English language (IELTS and TOFEL).
Total experience:
- The English teacher has to have a minimum of three years of teaching Experience as an English instructor on a vocational level. Experience in the hotel industry and having lived abroad will be an asset.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and pedagogical skills (especially empathy and intuition), and a strong dedication to the students' professional and personal development.
