This position is for our Water Manufacturing Business, Provide general supervision, plans, directs, coordinates and controls  the activities of water production, Participates in preparing short, medium and long term operation plans of oil production operations, ensures that oil produced  meets acceptable quality standards

• Plans, directs, coordinates, supervises and controls  the activities of production function;
• Participates in preparing short, medium and long term operation plans of production operations;
• Sees to it that manpower, raw materials, machinery and equipment, and other materials requirements for water production are made available timely,  in the right quantity and quality;
• Undertakes studies to introduce and implement improvised methods and systems for effective and efficient water production activities;
• Ensures that water production is carried out in the required and specified quality and quantity, and within set time frame and at minimum cost;
• Develops and maintains conducive working environment of production function;
• Supervises and coordinates the day to day activities of production function;
• Participates in the development and implementation of training programs to ensure that employees of the function continuously get the required skill upgrading training.
• Ensures that safety, hygienic and environmental protection guidelines and regulations are strictly adhered to;
• Directs and coordinates product development and quality improvement projects and endeavors.
• Prepares and submits periodic performance reports on the activities of the function;
• Evaluates the performances of the employees working under his supervision.

• B.SC Chemical Engineering or related fields and minimum five years of Experience at least two of which in a senior position 
• water business experience is mandatory
