Job Description

Specific duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist project accountant in preparing payment voucher, checks and document arrangement during ROV preparation
  • Handle event payments at for spray operation activities at field level
  • Payment preparation specially Excel  (per diem payment for ento assistants and the like)
  • Filling of all Finance ROV documents with necessary attachments and sequence
  • Sorting of payment  documents
  • Scanning of complete ROV document and make ready for ISMS upload
  • Prepare VAT Re imbursement report
  • Prepare Withholding tax
  • Performs any other duties as required and/or assigned

Job Requirement

  • A minimum of  Diploma in  Accounting , Management or Business  Administration, or other relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting clerical activities.
  • Excellent computer  skills specially excel
  • English language fluency.
  • Ability to communicate in English is required.
