General Overview of the job

MOSS ICT Consultancy, a technology provider company, wants to hire BTL Marketing Promotion Officer who promote the M-birr mobile money technology. BTL Marketing Promotion officer will be reporting to the BTL Marketing promotion supervisor and will work in Field environment in promoting the M-Birr services.

Detail duties and responsibilities:

• Create a wroking communication with the MFI branch staffs and agents.
• Manage to arrange effective roadshow promotions in the assigned areas by demonstrating effective team work
• Arrange, effectively use and take care logistics of the promotional materials
• Transportation of marketing materials working closely with the MFI offices
• Actively promote M-birr services to the roadshow potential customers
• Handing over flyers to the roadshow potential customers
• Guide interested customers to the Branch offices and agents in order for them to use M-Birr services
• Apply different creative and appropriate ways of promotions for the roadshows
• Wisely handle unexpected issues if happen during service, by communicating with the supervisor on time
• Report on daily activities of the road shows

Employment type:      

• Definite term (A year, until Dec 31, 2020)

• BTL Marketing Promotion Supervisor

Based:                           

•  Dessie, Gonder, Debre Markos, Woledeya, Mekele, Axum, Jimma, Shashemene, Nekemit and Ambo (With constant travel to different towns in the region assigned)

• Excellent command of the local languages depending on the area appliedTeam work

Education and experience

• College diploma
• 1 year experience in sales, campaigns, road show or related works
