Our flagship Brands, Super Eagle and Crystal are renowned for their great taste and quality.  Our new leading edge manufacturing and bottling facility is located in Cha Cha. Given the continued growth and future expansion of Rorank Business S.C. the following opportunity exist.

Job Summary

To introduce consumers to a new brand or to remind them of our current brands in a memorable way that associates the specific brands with a positive experience that ultimately results in volume growth and or improvement in brand health measures

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly brand activations with consumers at retail level within the mainstream channels
  • Represent the company at product launches, events and trade shows.
  • Educate customers and retailers about our brands.
  • Build rapport with customers and consumers.
  • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
  • Create a positive image and persuade consumers to consume our brands
  • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new consumer sales opportunities
  • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
  • Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.)

Job Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 years’ working experience, ideally for an FMCG company.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Able to work flexible hours. Normally 14:00 to 22:00 rather than 08:00 – 17:00
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
