Job Description
- Developing and administrating human resource plans and procedures.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activates and action of the HR department.
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objective and system.
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation Program.
- Creating and revising job description, conducting annual salary surveys.
- Developing, analyzing and updating salary budget.
- Developing, analyzing and updating evaluation program.
- Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and revising the Company handbook on policies and procedures.
- Performing benefit administration, maintain affirmative action program.
- Overseeing recruitment effort for all personnel including writing and placing job ads.
- Conducting new employee orientation and employee relation consulting.
- Overseeing exist interview, maintaining department records and report.
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
- Developing a Human resource strategy.
- Training, Human capital development
Job Requirements
- BA HR Mangment and related filed of study
- Experience 6 year of experience and at least 3 year in managerial position.
- Possess excellent decision-making, interpersonal and ethical conduct skill.
- Capacity to understand human resource researches and data analysis.
- Knowledge of business operation and procedures.
- Practical knowledge of salary and benefit package development and implementation.
- Practical knowledge of various HR manuals development.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking abilities, and good communication skills.
