Job Description

Main responsibility is to keep Building and landscape in good condition, actively work on maintenance and repair activities of of building, ensure all building and infrastructure related equipment are running in good condition.

• Actively works on Building repair and maintenance activities, prepares BOQ for maintenance and/or project activities of construction works in close collaboration with Building Engineer.
• Inspects buildings, facilities and construction work and identifies repair and maintenance work required; Follow repair and maintenance of civil works, facilities, drainage, sewerage and Waste Water Treatment System 
• Takes measurements of work performed; keeps records of and reports on material consumption, man power and equipment used and costs involved in construction; repair and maintenance work;
• Prepares a completion report of activities/projects whether they have been done according to drawings and specifications, and upon the approval of the completion report, supports provisional and final acceptance;
• Execute all tasks inline with Local Legislation and EHS standards.
• Performs other similar activities as instructed by the Building Engineer and or Engineering Manager.

Required qualifications, competences and experience

Education

• Level IV in Building Maintenance Technology.

Skills

• Carry out decorative finishes to concrete, Good knowledge of Basic drawing and plan of building, construction drawings.

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in Building Maintenance and Repair.
• Relevant Experience is the experience that is accumulated after graduation.
