Job purpose : 

To identify all fixed assets that are to be disposed in all Concern programme areas and to fully manage the disposal process in compliance with CHSA, Concern and donor guidelines.    


Main duties and responsibility : 

·       Compile an asset disposal register for the entire Country programme.

·       Be fully aware of all Agency for Civil Society Organisations regulations in relation to the disposal of assets in Ethiopia .

·       Identify all donor regulations that may be required in order to carry out the asset disposal process.

·       Prepare all identified assets in all locations for disposal and provide regular project updates.

·       File all required documentation and secure appropriate authorization as required.

·       Follow the entire disposal process from start to finish and ensure all deadlines set in conjunction with the logistics coordinator and Systems Director are met.    

Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor and maintain a good working relationship with all staff.

Person Specification :

·     Degree or Diploma  from TVT or  vocational college in supply chain management

·       Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

·       Experience with dealing with asset management and donor requirements   

·       Ability to multi-task and experienced in project management

Good communication skill
