Job Title: Business Development Manager
East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Business Development Manager. The job holder will be responsible to deliver sales volume targets for product category and manage distribution operation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Driver volume, revenue and profitability growth for the country
Drive value share & Rate of Sales growth for the country
Manage distribution levels for the full range of products
Implement Picture of Success or point of sale material and merchandising on display across all accounts
ROI of executed promotions and programs
Job Requirements:
First Degree in Business related fields with a minimum of 5 years Sales and Marketing experience of which at least 3 years in managerial role.
Experience in a multinational manufacturing business environment is advantageous.
Business leadership skills.
Good reputation for professional and technical competence, achievements, high integrity and trustworthiness.
