To manage sales and sales administration activities in a specified geographic location
 Plan and achieve forecasted/agreed sales volume and value objectives
 Ensures achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
 Coaches, trains and motivates his/her team to achieve and exceed sales targets;
evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team
 Prepares sales action plans and strategies to meet personal and sales team targets.
 Developing mutually effective/ cordial relationship with all distributors within his/her
territory.
 Routine daily/ weekly/ periodic reports on developments within his/her territory.
 Gathering relevant competitive information to aid management decisions
 Maintain very good relationships with all the customers.
 Schedules and follow up sales activities;
 Responsible in organizing sales staff work schedules and amendments if necessary.
 Assists the Sales Coordinator in providing a professional and excellent level of customer
service with existing and new customers;
 Communicate with clients in order to receive their comments, handle their complaints,
questions and issues.
 Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of his/her market activation team
engaged in promoting and selling products;
 Implement marketing calendar i.e. activate events.
 Monitor competitors and market conditions.
 Ensures items are in stock and maintain inventory to keep up with fluctuating demand
and supply; work on store displays.
 Records sales figures and forward planning.
 Manage sales performance of his/her team
 Ensure his/her team perform according to specified objectives and criteria according to
tailored service packages and execution standards

 Identify new opportunities for volume growth
 Identifying opportunities, discussing and converting those opportunities into volumes and
value through appropriate offers.

Job Requirements

At least 6 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry
