Manage sales and sales administration activities in a specified geographic location
Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead national sales team to achieve the
sales objectives.
Plan and achieve forecasted/agreed sales volume and value objectives
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and working target
Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales
Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and

Manage sales performance of sales team
Preparing and completing action plans, implementing customer-service standards, resolving
problems, completing sales audits, identifying trends, determining area sales tactical
improvements and implementing change.
Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget,
scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances, reviewing credit and cash sales collection
activities and proposing corrective actions.

Identify new opportunities for volume growth
Ensure Sales team are managed and aware of their goals and KPI’s
Ensure Sales team have periodic performance reviews
Collect, record, use sales & territory information to plan territorial activities
Plan, coordinate, communicate & implement all promotional, trade and sales plans
Identifying, planning, supporting & motivating direct reports & distributors to achieve
availability, KPI’s and norms in identified channels or group of accounts.
