Receive inbound calls from both consumers & customers on product & service
qualities
Respond to telephone calls from customers per the established criteria
Document all calls with regards to customer inquiries accurately
To act as Daily Water ambassador and provide top quality, welcoming and efficient
integrated sales customer engagement experience to all new and existing customers
Deliver Sales & Customer Management targets in order to enable Daily to meet its
business targets and objectives.
Monitor Call Tracking for responses from sales team so call returns are done in a
timely fashion
Follow-up with customers that their queries are answered well within a few hours in
regards to the initial phone call
Provide quality customer service on every call
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and promote good listening
skills to Manage length of calls
Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of Company
product
May coordinate and provide training at training classes for customers
Promote and ensure that the customer service delivered is of the highest quality and
that the standard bar continues to be elevated per the business plan for the year
Participate in the yearly performance appraisal with the department managers
Work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing team to deliver the product to the
customer per the contract and to maintain customer satisfaction so that all customers
can serve as references
Represent Company in a professional manner in correspondence to customers
BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
At least 4 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry; especially on
customer service, brand and promotion activities.
