We are searching for a highly-analytical, Director of Finance to oversee our company's financial planning and accounting operations. The position requires you to be an accomplished accountant, proactive in company finances, and capable of providing advice on the best path of growth for our business.

 Your duties include establishing targets, developing budgets, and performing financial analyses. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. Your ultimate goal will be to guide the company towards profitability and success.

 Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for achievement.
• Perform regular financial analysis and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on short and long term financial plans that can enable the company's leadership to make sound business decisions.
• Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and be highly proactive to prevent problems.
• Supervise, train, and provide targets for accounting and finance personnel.
• Oversee all audit and internal control operations and liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Prepare timely and detailed monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding company performance. 
• Develop trends and projections for the company finances.
• Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments and analyze with the actual performance. 
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Manage company cash flow and other financial transactions.
• Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line with local and international legal regulations and legislation.
• Develop, update and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Communicate with outside financial entities on behalf of the company.
• Build solid relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists by fostering teamwork, partnership and collaboration in a virtual or face-to-face environment.

Qualification:

• MA/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• A minimum of 10 years’ proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role 
• IFRS certification is required
• Proficient user of finance software
