Job Requirement

M.A. or B.A. Degree in Project Management, Conflict Studies, Public Administration, Development Studies or other related social science fields.

Interested applicants must have at least 6 years of relevant experience (with Masters’ Degree) or 8 years of relevant experience (with Bachelors’ Degree) in project management; grants management and coordination including pre-and post-award management, financial analysis and budgeting; project cycle management – design, planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of governance, peace building and conflict prevention projects; experience and knowledge of working with local governments capacity building programmes; managerial experience for a large and geographically dispersed team and dealing with high level government officials and donors.
