The Job will consist of:

• Check 4 times in a shift the output of the Extruder, Thermo former (all activities) and printer (all activities) is according to the specifications.
• When deviations are crossing the limits, inform the shift leader? Senior operator immediately to take action that is necessary to adjust to the right quality standard
• Register and check the waste that is produced during production of each shift.
• Submit quality report daily
• Identify issues in efficiency/ quality and suggest improvement
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Responsible, reasonable and innovative
• Contributes to team effort but accomplishing related results as needed

Education Level:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Experience:

• 2 Years and above

The candidates should have:

• A good understanding of English in writing/reading + talking/listening
• Proven experience as quality control member or similar role
• Communication and Interpersonal skills
• The will to learn new things and work in flexible hours (working in shift)
• The will to work according to international standard and quality
• The will to live in Debrezeit/ Bishoftu
