East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Area Sales Manager. The job holder is responsible to deliver Volume and Revenue growth in all channels and to grow customer base and manage accounts with the support of Company Sales Representatives. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and measure sales targets daily and takes corrective action with team.
  • Ensure the execution and Implementation of Picture of Success by channel.
  • Partner with customers to develop and execute a customer specific business plan.
  • Attend frequent trade visits to customer stores with relevant regional personnel.
  • Build personal relationship with customer through various interactions.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Marketing Management or Management or Economics or Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years experience in sales of which 1 year on supervisory role.
  • Must have Automobile driving license.
