Duties and Responsibilities

• Collecting and interpreting data
• Analyzing results and develop reports
• Managing department KPI Master, including creation, summarizing and updating
• Monitor the site inventory reports and organize discussions with finance to reconcile production, sales and finance data.
• Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security,
• Updating and organizing centralized reports
• Reporting the results to the relevant members of the business
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes
• Supporting site data clerks on training the data entry, report preparation and keeping historical records
• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
• Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
• Training site data clerks and site managers on new reports and dashboards.
• Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Data manipulation to uncover trends and insights i.e. sub setting, pivoting, summarization, sorting
• Design and build new data set processes for modeling, data mining, and production purposes.
• Ensuring that reports produced from production department are accurate and achieve company standards.
• Develop and summarize production annual budgets based on historical records and report budget vs actual regularly                                                        

Leadership and Development

• Develop Training plan for self and the Team on relevant fields of practice.

• Carry out Coaching, evaluation and performance management plan for the team and Subordinates.

• Develop Clear and Realistic Goals and Direction for the Team with emphasis of Work Culture Ethics and Success.

• And any other Duties Deemed Necessary in Consultation with the department head.
