Job Purpose
To ensure that all employees of the Bank are equipped with the required knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their roles through by designing and implementing appropriate training and development programs; undertaking impact assessments of training and development programs; Advising employees regarding career progression opportunity and facilitate execution of the scheme; and implement result-oriented performance management system.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with Four (4) years’ of relevant experience on Training Need Assessment, Performance Management, Succession Management , Career Management and related experience is advantageous.
Research, Project Management and Consultancy capability is also desired.
