Under general supervision, undertakes marketing and customer service activities of the Company; ensures that customer friendly environment and systems are put in place; assesses the quality, adequacy and effectiveness of company marketing and customer service activities; develops and designs marketing management support system.

Job Requirement

• Qualification:BA Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of company marketing policies and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of communication and market promotion techniques
• Ability to conduct market analysis
• Ability to forecast trends
• Maturity in dealing with clients
• Skill in statistical application, report writing data extrapolation of interpretation
