Under general supervision, undertakes marketing and customer service activities of the Company; ensures that customer friendly environment and systems are put in place; assesses the quality, adequacy and effectiveness of company marketing and customer service activities; develops and designs marketing management support system.
Job Requirement
- Qualification:BA Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of company marketing policies and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of communication and market promotion techniques
- Ability to conduct market analysis
- Ability to forecast trends
- Maturity in dealing with clients
- Skill in statistical application, report writing data extrapolation of interpretation
