Previous experience as a Foreman Duties & Responsibilites: - Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of construction crews on site. - Interpret blueprints, plans, and job orders to assign duties to crew members. - Ensure all work meets or exceeds safety standards, building codes, and specifications. - Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones and deadlines are met. - Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Previous Experience in a similar position from a recognized government/private institution Duties & Responsibilites: - Supervise the preparation, cutting, bending, and fixing of reinforcement steel according to approved shop drawings and project specifications. - Lead and coordinate a team of ferraioli (rebar workers) to ensure productivity and efficiency on site. - Read and interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) accurately. - Ensure all reinforcement work is installed in accordance with safety and quality standards. - Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress against targets. - Check material deliveries and report shortages or damages.

Degree or Diploma in Building Construction, or in a related field of study, with relevant work experience

TVET Level 4, Level 3, Level 2 or Level 1 in Surveying, Building Construction or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Expereince: 7 years for Level 1, 5 years for Level 2, 3 years for Level 3 or 0 years for Level 4 Duties & Responsibilites: - Conduct field surveys to gather data on topography, boundaries, structures, and land features. - Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, levels, and drones to measure distances, angles, and elevations. - Interpret and analyze survey data to create detailed maps, site plans, and reports. - Establish legal property boundaries for deeds, leases, and construction projects. - Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.

Bachelor's Degree, TVET Level 3, College Diploma (10+3, 12+2, Level 4) or Advanced Diploma Level 5 in Industrial Drawing, Drafting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Expereince: 6 years for Level 3, 4 years for Level 4, 3 years for level 5 and 0 years for Degree Duties & Responsibilties: - Prepare accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software. - Interpret design specifications, sketches, and technical instructions from architects or engineers. - Review and revise drawings based on feedback or design changes. - Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment of design intent.
