Master's or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Direct HC/GS teams through high-stakes recruitment, employee relations conflicts, and urgent administrative demands. - Resolve real-time operational bottlenecks (e.g., shift coverage gaps, facility breakdowns, security incidents). - Overhaul performance management to retain top talent in a demanding manufacturing environment. - Design stress-resilience programs and engagement initiatives tailored for factory staff. - Streamline leave tracking, attendance, and compliance under tight deadlines. - Optimize facilities, security, transportation, and vendor management with crisis-ready protocols. - Support rapid scaling for new production lines or expansions—no room for error. Required Number: - Decisive under stress: Prioritize like a surgeon during an 8-hour shift. - Labor law expertise: Ethiopian regulations, grievance handling, compliance.
