Job Description
Transsion Manufacturing PLC, under the umbrella of Transsion Holdings-China, is well renowned in assembling the iconic Tecno Mobile, phone accessories and Syinix home appliances in Ethiopia.
Currently, the company has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare. The company has set up offices in many countries and regions, such as Dubai, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon and Bengal, and others.
Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily work of the sales staffs in your area, including the late, leave early, grooming, performance, to monitor everything to correct;
• Assist sales staffs selling products; establishing and preserving a good relationship with outlet owners, and timely collect the sales information;
• Responsible for the key outlet service in charge.
• Execute marketing programs to help outlet actively implement the promotional activities, and organize the promotion; follow up the execution of marketing programs, and summarize sales results.
• Helping marketing managers to develop new Key Outlet within the area of responsibility, and follow and manage the new Key Outlet.
• Keeping the outlet image, making (display/Promotional materials usage/promoter service) properly;
• Complete other temporary work and other related tasks assigned by the immediate executive.

Job Requirement
• BA degree in Marketing Management or related business disciplines;
• At least 1-3-year marketing/sales related Supervisory work experience;
• Must be below the age of 30;
• Love the mobile phone industry;
• Having a good sense of selling and serving;
• Being communicative & taking initiatives;
• Strong execution, responsive, pleasant appearance, loves sales work
• Excellent leadership or supervisory skills.
